Ashton Kutcher Brought The Funny In No Strings Attached Film
Paramount came out with their romantic/comedy film "No Strings Attached," and it was hilarious,delivering plenty of laughs.
I'm not normally a big fan of romantic/comedy motion pictures,but I knew this one was going to be great thanks to Ashton Kutcher and the nature of the storyline. It stars: Ashton Kutcher, Natalie Portman, Greta Gerwig, Kevin Kline, Ophelia Lovibond, Ben Lawson, Chris Bridges, Olivia Thirlby, Jake M. Johnson, Lake Bell, Guy Brannum, and Cary Elwes.
It revolved around individuals Emma and Adam. Adam and Emma have known each other well since high school,from the time Adam tried to cop a feel from Emma. Then this motion picture fast forwards to this college frat party where Adam and Emma see each other again since that strange highschool night.
They exchange hellos,Adam strangely tells her he likes her,so they wind up going out for a tiny bit. Then they lose touch for an additional year,and discover one another again,but under bizarre circumstances. Afterwards, it fast forwards a bit to where Adam discovers that his dad has connected with his ex-girlfriend.
He ends up getting drunk due to it, and winds up at Emma's place,passed out and exposed on the sofa the next morning. It's a very amusing scene because every one of her friends are there,sitting around him. After Emma explains to him the insane things he did when he was wasted, they kiss and also have sex.
After that, Adam is really hooked on her,but she just wants to stay friends,extraordinary friends,friends with benefits. Adam,surely, agrees to the wild,non-emotional,sex-friendly, relationship. The film shows them having sex almost everywhere. I mean practically all over the place,and they're not shy about it either. It's a really hilarious movie.
Everything appears to stay going ok until Adam begins to show he cares for her,while she resists her feelings. They fight back and forth,continuing to have sex until Adam doesn't want that sort of relationship anymore. The flick concludes with Emma realizing that she misses the hell out of him after being apart for so long.
However,she doesn't obtain a warm reception when she tries to get back into his life,and thinks she could have lost him forever. She finally ends up being required to make a move she's never done before to get him back. It was a real feel-good moment at the conclusion. I think the movie was fantastic. It was filled with tons of laughs and one-liners.
Natalie Portman did a really great job,portraying the emotionless female part. She showed a sense of humor I never thought she had. I truly didn't think she'd be as humorous as she was. She had me cracking up. Obviously, Ashton was hysterical in the flick. It also featured rapper Ludacris who brought tear watering laughs to the movie.
It truly was just an overall really comical movie with some romance thrown in,but even the way that played out was hilarious. Oh, and there was also some nudity in the movie. Ashton displayed his bottom and we also caught a glimpse of Natalie's butt,but just for a moment. I gave the film a grade A score.
