Never Say Never Flick Review

Author: chriskickzme

Paramount put out a Justin Bieber documentary film called, "Never Say Never" into theaters the other day. I just watched it, and thought it was pretty enjoyable because it featured a more inside look,"behind the scenes," look at the star's rise to fame, and how he preserves his ongoing success.

It stars, of course,Justin Bieber, however it also presented appearances from Miley Cyrus, his mentor Usher,Jayden Smith,Boys II Men,Sean Kingston, and rapper Ludacris. The movie centered around, and featured scenes from Justin's past, together with video clips of his concert shows. It also displayed precisely how much work this young 16 year old has invested in his career over a very small period of time.

I notably liked when they featured scenes of him performing at talent shows before he became well known. It showed the huge selection of songs and genres that he can actually sing. It also showed video clips of him going back to his hometown after he got widely known, and still hung out with his same old friends like any normal teenager.

The film was notably interesting when it revealed how he was noticed on Youtube. Justin and his mother would put short clips of him singing up on Youtube, and they would get a ton of hits. His present manager Scooter Braun located him on there, and got him talking to some people in the music industry. Not too long after that,he was singing for R&B star Usher.

The flick also showed how Justin got unapproved by plenty of labels before he was able to get signed. It wasn't until he sung for Usher and convinced him, that things started to look up. From that point, Usher introduced him to producer LA Reid and he pleased him.

After that, it presented video clips of how Justin had to wait around for a while before he could start creating his initial cd. When he finally made tracks for the record, he would go around to every radio station in the United States of America to sing for them. He impressed them, and as soon as his level of popularity started to rise from all the promotion, they began to play his songs with greater regularity.

It featured video clips of all the events he performs night after night, which eventually totaled hundreds of concerts. He eventually had to relax and cancel a couple of shows because he wore out his vocal cords. It showed him performing a variety of shows with Boys II Men,Miley Cyrus,Ludacris,Sean Kingsten, and Jayden Smith.

I like how the film closed out with Justin selling out his "Madison Square Garden" live performance in 22 minutes. It featured his huge performance, and little Jayden Smith chimed in with a rap. Then Justin concluded it,performing his hit song entitled, "Baby."

I liked the flick. It delivered what I thought it would, which was an awesome,in-depth look at Justin before he got famous, and a lot of "behind the scenes" footage of his concert and personal life. Those kinds of documentaries are most of the time, fairly interesting for me,especially when it's a big star.

It kind of reminded me of those "E! True Hollywood Story" episodes, accept Justin's probably one of the youngest ones. I gave the film a grade A.
