Tron Legacy Movie Rocked
Disney Pictures came out with a brand-new sci-fi,action movie named "TRON Legacy" into movie theaters about three months ago. I checked it out, and I believed it was truly great.
The unique storyline and terrific action scenes kept me extremely interested in it the total time. The flick features: Jeff Bridges, Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Bruce Boxleitner, James Frain, Beau Garrett, and Michael Sheen.
The motion picture revolved around character Sam Flynn who is a reasonably outrageous 27 yr old that loves to pull pranks on his father's corporation with no goals of ever taking it over. He also wonders where his daddy Kevin Flynn evaporated to when he was a kid.
Sam in time gets an unusual pager message leading him to his dad's arcade where he eventually locates a secret project his father ran. The next thing you know, he turned on the portal and away he went to a place called the grid,a sort of dream world that his father designed before it was taken over by a program he made referred to as Clu.
Clu looked similar to Kevin Flynn, but he was absolutely not Kevin Flynn. He apparently went against Kevin, and desired to get his hands on a disk of his that could show him ways to get into the real life. Kevin couldn't let that come to pass,so he journeyed away into hiding, forcing him to become a prisoner in the world he designed, years ago.
Sam finally finds his father, and they figure out a way to escape without Clu obtaining the disk. Having said that, it wasn't easy as they faced action-filled motorcycle attacks, space ship attacks, hand to hand combat, and more. The scenes were great and lively. It was quite an unique movie to watch.
It showed scenes of a younger Jeff Bridges as his alter ego Clu looked similar to him,but never aged. Twilight Saga's Michael Sheen made an appearance in the film as the wicked Castor/Zuse character who liked to try out tricks. It was a very entertaining 3D viewing experience. I gave the film an A grade.
