If you've got decent skin, use only a tiny amount of liquid foundation on your forehead and cheeks. This makes you appear less "artificial".
Trying using a loose or packed powder to make sure that your concealer and foundation remains in place for a longer period. I like to use loose mineral powder when I am making preparations at home and packed powder to touch up my make-up while I'm on the party.
Try and highlight your forehead, the bridge of your nose, the cupid's bow of one's lip, the brow bone as well as the cheekbones. These are frequently areas of the face that can come out flat on pictures and high lighting these brings out the best attributes in the photograph.
