We find many busy men and women don't have time to prepare their own food in the morning and be in hurry to reach their offices on time. People think instead of wasting time while cooking we can order something from the office canteen.
Hey look! Don't forget that we are living in modern lifestyle. That doesn't mean we should avoid home food and go for outside food. Do you think that the food offered by some office canteen or roadside breakfast centre provide nutritional food? Ha surely not! You may be eating washing your hands but the person who is preparing the food need not follow it. More over eating outside is expensive deal.
If we can take a small initiative step by adjusting our living style and control our eating habits and prefer homemade foods we can prevent and avoid many sorts of diseases and disorders caused by unhygienic foods. We are seeing many people who are affected by diabetes, deficiency of vitamins, obesity problems. We can overcome all these problems by small adjustments in our life style. We have an old say that, "health is wealth", people who are wise prefer homemade food rather than outside food. Once we lose our health, we not only waste our valuable time around hospitals but also our hard earned money.
As a parent, whatever we do, our children learn from us. It is the duty of every parent that they not only consume home food, they should prevent their children from consuming junk foods and spoil their health's. If your children doesn't like home made foods then try to prepare colorful foods by adding different vegetables and make them learn their nutritional facts. Always put some variety of fruits on your dining table and let them choose their own choice because fruits are the best nutritional providers and body cleansers.
Don't worry if you have no knowledge of cooking. Internet can make the task easy for you. Yes you can learn hassle free sitting at home or while on journey. Always food made at home is hygienic and healthy so avoid outside foods.
